INTRODUCTION
It is a design thinking workshop that takes participants through the key steps of the design thinking process: Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Test. The workshop commences with the "Empathize" stage, teaching participants the importance of understanding users' needs, emotions, and pain points. This foundational step ensures that solutions are truly user-centric. In the "Define" phase, participants learn to distill their empathetic insights into precise problem statements. This helps in focusing efforts on the most critical challenges to address. "Ideate" encourages participants to unleash their creativity and generate solutions. The "Prototype" stage empowers participants to turn their ideas into tangible representations. Low-fidelity prototypes are created for quick and cost-effective testing. The final "Test" phase involves real-world feedback from users, validating assumptions and refining designs through an iterative process.
