COURSE SUMMARY
INTRODUCTION
Thermal storage system is an important component of district cooling plant. It acts a s chilled water storage. The advantage of using the thermal storage is to enable the district cooling plant to optimize the usage of electricity by operating the chillers during off peak period. The course covers the configuration, operations and scheduling of the thermal storage system within the district cooling plant so as to take advantage of the benefits the system offer the district cooling plant owners.
