CONTENT SUMMARY
INTRODUCTION
Presentations are a norm in the workplace. While some may be excited, others may pale at just the mere mention of speaking in front of an audience. This challenge becomes more complex when presenting in a digital environment. The Presenting with Impact in the Digital Environment course will focus upon two workplace communication situations, i.e informative and persuasive, as these are the most common communication situations within the workplace. In this course, participants will learn to apply the appropriate verbal and non-verbal strategies to present impactfully within a digital context in these two situations. Participants will also learn the art of utilizing visual aids, infographics, and analogies to capture their audience’s attention when informing and persuading within a digital environment.
