COURSE SUMMARY
INTRODUCTION
EQ refers to someone’s ability to perceive, understand and manage his or her own feelings and emotions. It has been ranked as one of the top ten skills that an employee needs to possess to excel in his or her workplace. This course provides an introductory course to the understanding of emotional intelligence (EQ). Participants will be exposed to the five components of EQ: self-management, self-awareness, self-regulation, self-motivation, and empathy.
