Ts. Jale B. Ahmad is an HRDF Certified Trainer. The trainer has worked in Artificial Intelligence, Optimization Algorithms, Object Oriented Programming, Website Development (HTML, CSS and PHP), Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Visual Basic and VBA, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Powerpoint, Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Power App, Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft Power Virtual Agent, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Animate, Cloudera Hortonworks Data Platform (Big Data Analytics) and education for more than 20 years. The trainer has worked with two private universities in Malaysia. Jale B. Ahmad has a Bachelor of Computer Science (hons) from Universiti Putra Malaysia and a Master in Autonomous Systems from University of Exeter, UK.

The trainer teaches courses such as Structured Programming, Object Oriented Programming (C++, Java, Python), Statistics and Empirical Method and Web Development.
