CONTENT SUMMARY

INTRODUCTION

This program is primarily aimed at young recently graduated Malaysian those who are interested to start their own a new business in the renewable energy sector start-ups. This program provides in-depth knowledge of solar, and wind energy generation system and its design concepts of small-scale stand-alone system installation life cycle such as planning, implementation, operation, and maintenance of plant with respect to Malaysian government policy.

PENJANA program participant interested to know the nook and corner of hybrid energy generation system through lectures, lab experiments and case study scenario.  Participants should get hands on experiences in energy sector industry for two years, later they can get into new ventures. Participant can be able to develop them create a career roadmap, where they determine the occupations that interest them, conduct a gap assessment to determine the additional education/training/skills they need, and document the path to an ideal renewable energy career.

Key business opportunities, challenges, and potential solutions in the renewable energy and green building sectors. Analyze a successful business in renewable energy or green building. Identify a few problems you might be solving with renewable energy or green building products or services. Plan to engage with investors who may be raising funds for a new business. Take the first real-world step to launch a new business or corporate initiative. Use this one-page business idea summary template and Business Model Canvas to create and customize your own new business idea.
