CONTENT SUMMARY
INTRODUCTION
In
Industry 4.0, automation in industry would rely on smart machines being able to
analyse and perform diagnosis. Image processing and computer vision would play
an important part in this revolution, as the industry would rely heavily on
industrial cameras for automating processes. In this course, participants will
be introduced to fundamental image processing techniques that are used in
computer vision applications. The aims of this course are to equip with knowledge
of important image processing techniques and relate these techniques to
applications in the industry.
OBJECTIVES
Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:
Explain and differentiate different image processing techniques and their functions.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
Anyone interested in learning how image processing and computer vision can be used to improve the automation process for Industry 4.0.
