CONTENT SUMMARY

INTRODUCTION

Cloud Computing is an ever growing platform for server, storage, databases and application deployment. Cloud computing provides users pay-as-you-go model to utilize computing resources. Amazon Web Services (AWS) capture more than one-third of the global cloud market among competitors such as Microsoft and Google. The AWS provides market oriented certifications with AWS Cloud Foundations being the first step towards advanced cloud developer and architect trainings. The course will equip the participant with both cloud computing concepts and hands-on practical skills from AWS Cloud Foundations course. We aim to provide the basic and intermediate AWS cloud knowledge to the participant. The course will cover cloud concepts, AWS infrastructure, cloud security, AWS compute, and storage services. The concepts and knowledge imparted will be reinforced with hands-on trainings to set up Identity and access management, building a virtual private cloud and launching a cloud sever, setting up Amazon EC2, and configuring Amazon Elastic Block Storage.
