INTRODUCTION
Advanced UV-Vis spectrophotometry techniques are increasingly becoming a critical tool in the analysis of wastewater contaminants. As such, there is a growing need for professionals and technicians in the field of wastewater management and environmental science to have a thorough understanding of the principles, methods, and applications of UV-Vis spectrophotometry in wastewater analysis. This course aims to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of advanced UV-Vis spectrophotometry techniques and their applications in the rapid and accurate analysis of wastewater contaminants. The training will cover topics such as the fundamentals of UV-Vis spectrophotometry, principles of wastewater analysis, method development and validation, and data interpretation. Participants will have the opportunity to gain virtual hands-on experience in using advanced UV-Vis spectrophotometry instrumentation. By the end of the training, participants will have gained the knowledge and skills necessary to confidently apply advanced UV-Vis spectrophotometry techniques to their work in the field of wastewater management and environmental analysis.
