The 2nd International Conference on Advancing and Redesigning Education 2023 (ICARE'23) will be held at Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS (UTP) in Perak, Malaysia, from November 21–22, 2023. "Reshaping the Future Education through Digital Transformation" is the theme of ICARE' 23. Government-Linked Universities (GLU), which consists of Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS (UTP), Universiti Tenaga Nasional (UNITEN), Multimedia University (MMU), and Universiti Kuala Lumpur (UniKL), organise the international conference.

The aim of ICARE'23 is to create collaboration opportunities with a focus on fostering relationships between the academic community and industries. Additionally, it aspires to improve the research culture among educators, specifically in the areas of teaching and learning.
